The Torres Pradas Group comprises three commercial companies: New Junior, Nova Lanería (Novalansa) and Premiertex. This website describes them in depth.

Jacquard looms industrial company: Sedafil

The group’s industrial facilities have been declining over time due to the globalization taking place in the world at large, but we can still say that we have industrial presence in Spain. The company is named Sedafil and is provided with high tech jacquard looms, which complements very well with the collections of the group, especially the ones from Nova Lanería.

Artificial turf: Cottontex/Verdingdays

The fourth commercial company of the group is called Cottontex and is dedicated to the import, sale and distribution of artificial turf under the brand Verdingdays (www.verdingdays.com). Verdingdays is a newly established brand and is focused on the sale of artificial grass. Due to the lack of water situation in Spain, we got the idea to try to help with our modest contribution to the sustainability of the country. Verdingdays is born in July 2009.

Real estate companies: Decada, Catnaus and Catvivi

In addition, the group has three real estate companies: Decada, Catnaus and Catvivi. The first two are devoted to industrial land rental in the Barcelona area and the first ring. The third is dedicated to building homes for sale or rent. Over the years these three companies have been acquiring land which has been used to build industrial buildings and dwellings (to a lesser extent) to promote the industry in our country. We can say that the group is financially very strong with the resulting peace of mind for all our customers and suppliers.
